  • When you register for an account as a restaurant owner, we ask for contact information such as your name, company name, address, email address and telephone number.
  • When you book a table or leave guest feedback at a restaurant that uses Take a Seat, your name, contact details, reservation details and feedback are processed on behalf of that restaurant. The restaurant decides how this data is used; we only process it to provide the reservation and guest feedback services.

Log Files

takeaseat.io follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks.
